Move Your Mouth

Get into the habit of moving your mouth more when you sing. People tend to mumble a lot which can muffle your lyrics. Practicing moving and opening your mouth during a warm up is a great way to get used to singing with better articulation.

Activate Your Diaphram

Your instrument operates on AIR and your diaphragm is the ‘breathing muscle’, so use your warm up to activate it and start taking in deeper breaths.

Start Slowly, Don't Push Yourself

Warm ups take different lengths of time, depending on how much you have been singing and how ‘vocally fit’ you are. To avoid injury, start slow and don’t go for volume during your warm up. Just enjoy it! Its a great way to relax and get your mind and body ready to sing.
