1. You haven’t identified areas of your voice to work on
If you want to improve, you need to know what areas of your singing need work. Once you have identified this, you can focus on techniques to improve.
2. You aren’t practicing deliberately
Now you know what aspects of your singing you want to improve, you can practice with purpose. Spend ten minutes as part of your practice routine, working specifically on technique that will help you to reach your goals.
Remember: Ten minutes of deliberate practice is more effective than hours of mindless singing.
